Dr. Kevin McElroyDr. Kevin McElroy is an interventional pain specialist with board certification in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. He graduated from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – School of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received numerous academic awards including the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Achievement, which is awarded to the class valedictorian. He completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation through Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where he was named chief resident. After his residency training, Dr. McElroy further pursued his interest in pain medicine by completing an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at JFK Medical Center.
Dr. McElroy’s philosophy is to minimize pain and restore function without surgery or unnecessary medication. Whether it is through the judicious use of interventional techniques or an individually tailored rehabilitation program, Dr. McElroy works with his patients to get them back to doing the things they love to do. Dr. McElroy is skilled in numerous interventional pain medicine procedures, including epidural injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, discograms, and radiofrequency ablation.
Dr. McElroy is in our office the first and third Tuesday of the month from 2-6. His other location is 444 Market St., Saddle Brook, NJ and the phone number is 201-632-3080.

Jennifer V. Witkowski, PT, DPT, LMTJennifer V. Witkowski is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a NJ Licensed Massage Therapist. After graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology from Montclair State University, Jennifer completed her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, where she was also awarded for recognition of outstanding community service.
Her professional interests include orthopedic and neurological injuries. She is primarily experienced in outpatient orthopedic setting and places a strong emphasis on manual therapy. She also practices as a massage therapist and is NCBTMB(nationally) certified.
In addition to being active in her church community, she enjoys outdoor adventures, travelling, and photography.

Serafino Putrino, PT, DPTSam Putrino received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Putrino has experience treating orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological and geriatric conditions. He also has extensive knowledge treating patients with ACL reconstructions, cartilage replacements, and joint replacements.
To further his education, he has taken a wide variety of courses to complement his skills, including Cervical/Thoracic Integration, UK-Spinal Manipulation, Advanced Concepts for the Treatment of Knee Conditions, Treatment of Mechanical Conditions for the Spine and Pelvis, and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
His goal as a physical therapist is to provide a thorough assessment and comprehensive treatment of each patient, to return them to their highest possible functional level. He believes in a well-rounded treatment approach which includes advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise and patient education.

Grace R. Qarmout, MSN, RN, NP-CGrace R. Qarmout is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. After graduating from Roberts Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Grace practiced for 8 years as a Registered Nurse. She was awarded a New Jersey Nursing Initiative scholarship from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation to pursue an advanced degree in Nursing. She graduated cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Grace provides primary care services for her patients at Integrated Medicine & Physical Therapy. This includes wellness visits, chronic disease management and sick visits. She believes in treating patients holistically and incorporates alternative therapies and supplements into her patient’s plan of care. In addition to her career as a Nurse Practitioner, Grace also practices as a Labor & Delivery nurse and teaches Nursing at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
